Good sample management for STDs starts at home when you take your sample. Therefore, please do not leave it sitting around the house and wait for some time for you to return it to our Laboratory. So, send it the same day. But if you do not send it on the same day, it can damage the sample, and you might have to do it again.

And for all STIs, Please ensure your sample is activated and registered in your dashboard to avoid the “UFO” status when your sample arrives at the Laboratory. Finally, samples with UFO status are destroyed. And you will need to purchase a new one for £9.50.

How Long Will the Results Take for STDs?

The target turnaround time for the STI test swab or urine sample result is one to three working days from receiving it in the laboratory. The turnaround time is a guide only and sometimes depends on the assay run schedule.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

But, to Qualify for any return, the STI product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Not used, not opened, unworn, in its original packaging. And you will also need to send it to us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
