Broadly, the target turnaround time for these results is 1-3 working days from receiving them in the laboratory. But the turnaround time is a guide only and sometimes depends on the run schedule.
Firstly we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
But to qualify for any return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Not used, not opened, unworn, in its original packaging. And, you will also need to send it to us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
